Transfer of Shares in Bosphorus Gaz

As of 10.01.2023; our Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mert Göksu has been transferred 9,999% of our company’s total shares by our Chairman of the Board Mr. Adnan Şen, from his Group B shares.

Within EMRA’s field of regulation; in accordance with respective regulation, aforementioned transfer of shares will be reported to EMRA with required supporting documents.
